Commissioned for the New Museum Ideas City Festival, Horizontal Museum is a site-specific work that used movement to create a living drawing of the Museum’s iconic architecture within the grid of the Lower East Side. Festival attendees joined with performers in following a choreographic map & special tracking app created for the project in order to construct a pedestrian pattern & traveling imprint.
